Our Client Onboarding Process:

- If you wish to join any program, the first step is to book a Pre-consultation virtual meeting with the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
- This is a 30 minute session where you discuss your case, your health concerns and current symptoms.
- This session is essential for us to understand the health concerns before we onboard you as a client.
- Program fee, duration of the program and effort for every client can be different, depending on the Health concerns.
- In this meeting, once the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach understands the case fully, they will discuss the investment involved.
Terms and conditions:
​- The Program fee is non-refundable, once paid.
- The fees for the pre-consultation will be readjusted if you join the program.
- We don’t allow last-minute or same-day rescheduling of the Pre-consultation session. Please inform us 48 hours before if you wish to reschedule your session.
